Who Lead Wealth is
Lead Wealth (6290.TW) makes power cords, connectors and copper wire, with more than fifty years in AC mains leads and safety approvals in 33 major countries. It is the Taiwan name on NVIDIA's published 800 VDC list that this site originally mis-filed as non-Taiwan. The listing is under power system components, next to Delta, Lite-On and BizLink.
Business mix
Four lines, vertically integrated from copper wire through finished assemblies — more than 90% of wire capacity is captive:
- Power-cord assemblies — the core. The growth SKU is Hi-Amp leads, 30 A to 100 A, into AI servers, data-center racks and PDUs.
- Connectors and internal cables — duckhead AC adapters and signal wires, a shrinking share. DC high-speed inside the server is the gap; the company is looking for a partner rather than building it alone.
- Copper wire and cable — mostly internal.
- EV — charging guns, harnesses, pile internals. Management's own phrase is "good to watch, not to sell," given China localisation.
Data-center and server work went from 24% of 2024 sales to 36% in the first ten months of 2025. Named brand customers on the latest call included Apple, Dell, HP, AWS and IBM.
Where it sits in the NVIDIA 800 VDC stack
The cord and connector that hang off the rack and the PDU — high current, lots of country approvals, not the 64:1 converter beside the GPU.
NVIDIA's whitepaper wants touch-safe connectors, mechanical interlocks, and 1500 A busduct or liquid-cooled cable. Lead Wealth's shipping product in 2025 is still the Hi-Amp AC lead, 30–100 A, mostly built in Thailand for the US. Asked directly whether it had entered 800 V HVDC, management said projects are underway and would not name customers or dates. Asked about NVIDIA and GB300, it cited an NDA and said only that work was proceeding smoothly.
Treat the NVIDIA listing as the fact; treat 800 V as confirmed as a project, not as a dated product.
