  • 本公司永續發展委員會為本公司永續治理作業的最高指導組織，本委員會由董事會推舉至少三名董事組成之，其中過半數獨立董事參與，總經理擔任永續發展委員會主任委員，總幹事由公司治理主管擔任，永續發展委員會每年至少2次向董事會呈報ESG執行成果。本委員會其下設置「公司治理工作小組」、「環境永續工作小組」、「員工及社會影響工作小組」。
  • The Sustainability Development Committee is the Company’s highest governance body for sustainability matters, composed of at least three directors appointed by the Board, with a majority of independent directors. The President serves as Chairperson, and the Chief Corporate Governance Officer acts as Executive Secretary. The Committee reports ESG performance to the Board at least twice a year and oversees three working groups: Corporate Governance, Environmental Sustainability, and Employee & Social Impact.

Future Outlook & Strategic Initiatives

陶瓷事業部 Ceramics Division

• 南亞國家如孟加拉與斯里蘭卡地區需求持續成長，去年底開發之新市場如非洲西部貝南國家已成功銷售，今年將持續開發中東地區沙烏地阿拉伯市場。
• Demand continues to grow in South Asian countries such as Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. New markets developed at the end of last year, such as Benin in West Africa, have seen successful sales. This year, we will continue to develop the Saudi Arabian market in the Middle East.
• 預計年底前設立越南分公司及生產工廠，重新佈署越南市場，整合集團資源及分散風險。
• Establish a branch and production plant in Vietnam by the end of the year to reposition the Vietnamese market, integrate resources, and diversify risks.

建材事業部 Building Materials Division

• 無機環保節能塗料產品在台灣陸續取得相關認證，預計於年底台北國際建材展中展出。
• Inorganic environmentally friendly & energy-saving coating products have successively obtained relevant certifications in Taiwan and are expected to be exhibited at the Taipei Building Show.
• 樓層隔音墊產品已取得綠建材標章，預計在年底建材展展出。
• The sound insulation pad product for the floor has obtained the green building material label and is expected to be exhibited at the Taipei Building Show.
• 結晶化玻璃產品近期已簽約的有T3航站之A14捷運站、艾斯摩爾(ASML)林口新廠、台中BMW展示中心，未來朝大型建案及公共工程持續推動。
• Recent contracts for crystallized glass products include the A14 MRT station at Terminal 3, ASML‘s new plant, and the BMW showroom in Taichung. Future expansion will continue towards large construction projects and public works.

新材料事業部 Advanced Materials Division

• 電動車市場滲透率逐年增加，電動車之車燈市場需求強進帶動螢光玻璃片(PiG)產品成長，在取得IATF-16949汽車供應鏈品質管理系統驗證後瞄準韓國及日本車燈大廠送樣測試中，中國市場雖受到景氣影響，出貨仍持續成長。
• The penetration rate of electric vehicles (EVs) is increasing year by year, and the strong demand for EV headlights is driving the growth of Phosphor in Glass (PiG) products. After obtaining IATF-16949 certification, we are targeting Korean and Japanese headlight manufacturers for sample testing. Although the Chinese market has been affected by the economic downturn, sales continue to grow.
• 開發低介電玻璃及電子級玻璃材料，延伸產品應用至電子/半導體產業。
• Develop Low-DK glass and electronic-grade glass materials, extending product applications to the electronics/semiconductor industry.
• 開發固態電池用之固態電解質隔離膜材料，配合客戶進度送樣測試中。
• Developing solid electrolyte materials for solid-state batteries, samples are testing in progress.
